“Water & Air Cleaning” or “Air Cleaning Only” your roof…

There are two methods that Jet Clean™ will use to clean your roof. The primary method and most effective is by using pressurized Water and Air Cleaning or the other method is simply by using high pressured Air Cleaning Only. These choices are determined by the age and the condition of your roof. The judgment of our inspector along with the final determination of the actual service personnel doing this work for you, who will also determine (as a back up) which process we will use for your home. Both processes are preformed on all types of roofing surfaces.

Using pressurized Water and Air Cleaning… This process is far and above the best and most effective cleaning solution for your healthy roof. It will strip away all of the moss, debris and surface age from your roof. Leaving your roof nice and clean along with that “new looking roof” look that will help your home, look it’s best. At Jet Clean™ we actually have the capability to change the pressure settings along with the water volume settings for your roofs specific needs. The Jet Clean™ standard setting is 4.3 GPM at 1600 PSI consistent. At Jet Clean™ we won’t over book our service personnel with jobs and we take our time to clean your roof properly.

Jet Clean™ will wash and clean every square inch of your roof. This process demands an incredible amount of energy and effort from the service personnel that is doing this work for you. No mater how difficult or how steep the pitch angle is on your roof. We will provide you with a freshly cleaned and new looking roofing surface. Along with the consideration and the use of good judgment. While making an allowance for all precautions for the safety of your home, plants, animals, belongings, neighbors belongings and to the service personnel who is connected to your roof.

Using high pressurized “Air Cleaning Only”… The primary reason for “Air Cleaning Only” is when time is short and your roof needs to be completed ASAP. The “Air Cleaning Only” process is usually used in conjunction with the roof needing to be treated directly after the cleaning and on the same day. Please understand that if you choose this process… The “Treatment” itself, will only change the color of your roof slowly and not the cleaning process itself. In some situations you will get a response shortly after the roof has been treated and the result will occur sometime after 6 weeks.

The other reason that Jet Clean™ uses the “Air Cleaning Only” processes is as a last resort and that there are no other options, for a weak or a very old roof. If your roof is in poor shape and needs to be cleaned of miscellaneous debris and then treated. “Air Cleaning Only” does a good short term job under these specific circumstances only. “Air Cleaning Only” does have its purpose… Although, If you plan to own your home for a while… Using the “Water and Air Cleaning” is best.
